About the event

My art explores the linkages and processes that exist and interact in ecosystems. In this exhibition I explore linkages between plants, animals and people, and how these influence the survival of endangered species and habitats.

The works are the products of a year-long artist-in-residency with the Wetlands and Woodlands Trust, working out of Mulligans Flat and Jerrabomberra Woodlands. The exhibition will be a series of tactile sculptures and jewellery that are designed to enhance appreciation for local biodiversity and engage the community in conservation. ‘Interlinked’ to raise collective environmental conscience, leading people to act in more caring and considerate ways, both to other people and the environment. The exhibition will run from 27 June - 21 July 2019 at Strathnairn Arts Association.

The official opening will be from 11am on Sunday, 30th June and will be Auslan interpreted.

For your access needs, please contact me directly on 0411210949. I feel passionate about access and inclusion and would like to make it possible for everyone who wishes to see the exhibition, to be able to.
